Monitoring and self-evaluation are essential aspects of the life of Rowlands Gill Primary School. In order to raise standards throughout the school in all areas, especially in teaching and learning, progress is monitored closely by the Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, and Teaching and Learning Resposibility ( TLR ) posts.
