On Wednesday 11th March Year 3 will visit an organic farm, near Morpeth. On the day the children will take part in a walk around the grounds of this prestigious farmland. They will visit an open cast mine otherwise closed to the general public, they will be able to experience mining in action! Of course there will be the usual array of farm creatures big and small, as well a variety of wildlife in and around the grounds. It will be a fantastic day and we look forward to recording our experiences on the website in the form of photos and accounts from the children and the sheep!
